Admissions Procedure for Domestic Student

I. Required Documents

  • Copy of the student's birth certificate
  • Copy of the student's passport and visa
  • Copy of the student's visa (for non-US citizens)
  • Copy of the parents' passports and driver's license
  • Official Transcript from previous school
  • Complete record of up-to-date immunization
  • Complete registration form
  • Signed statement of cooperation

II. Submit Application form & Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable.

III. Agreement to Policies
A statement must be signed confirming that the school handbook has been
read, and that both parents and students agree to follow the school's policies and code of conduct.

IV. Entrance Testing
A testing fee of $20.00 is required, and a testing time will be scheduled.

V. Obtain Materials
Parents must secure a school handbook from the school office.

VI. Final Notification
Parents will be promptly notified of acceptance status.
If accepted, all remaining fees and tuition will be due.


Procedures for International Students

I. Document submission:

  • Applicant's passport copy
  • School Application Form
  • Student’s Personal Information form
  • Official English transcript and diplomas from previous school
  • Guardianship Declaration (notarization needed)
  • Official Immunization Records
  • Copy of parents/guardian’s photo ID and Passport

II. Application and fees

  • Email the above document submission items 1-4 to the school. Submit original documents to the school admission office upon the student's arrival.
  • Pay the $650 application fee. Upon receipt, the school will email the Letter of Acceptance and I-20 to the student.

III. Visa Application and fees

  • Pay the I-901 SEVIS fee and complete the DS-160 US visa application online.
  • After visa approval, pay the international student fee, first-year tuition, and room-and-board fees. Upon payment, the school will issue a payment certificate and the port of entry document, sent by email.

IV. Travel to Saipan

  • Once the passport is received, purchase a plane ticket and prepare to study at EUCON International School. Verify the I-20 remains valid before travel.
  • After booking the flight, contact the school for airport pick-up. Bring your passport, F1 visa, I-20, Letter of Acceptance, payment certificate, and the port of entry document.
